Junior Executive Assistant/ Recruiting Coordinator (Contract, Remote)

We are looking for a Junior Executive assistant who is also able to perform some Recruiting Coordinator duties. Your duties will include: scheduling interviews, booking flights, and booking conference rooms. This role is remote. This role is also a 90-day contract that does have the potential to be extended longer.

• 
  1+ years of executive assistant experience
• Experience scheduling meetings and interviews
• Must live in PST time zone
• Organized and responsible
• Replies to communications in a timely manner.
