Our company is looking for a Compliance Associate of Operations who will be responsible a variety of tasks within the company that support maintaining the compliance of our company's hubs and employees as it related to driver operations, claim processing, recruiting, onboarding, and communicating with national hub management, our brokers, as well as our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, track and vet enrollments for all hubs using multiple platforms and models.
- Enter and update all new enrollees into new hire trackers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various enrollment issues.
- Monitor all hubs and drivers that are due for annual background checks and drug screens.
- Ship compliance items to various locations / track and maintain invoices for accounting.
- Maintain various reports of drivers and coverages for insurance monthly audits.
- Manage database by processing renewals and endorsements.
- Proofreading documentation for accuracy.
- Receiving and processing requests for insurance ID cards including any changes or updates to vehicle VIN#s, routes, or master owners.
- Keep spreadsheet log of all vehicles insured including all markets with changes or updates.
- Assist in the insurance renewal processes.
- Assist Fleet Manager in getting various equipment added on insurance.
- Maintaining Yzer DOT compliance paperwork for drivers of certain classifications.
- Support operations department in special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with all teams when necessary (Accounting, Security, Operations and Human Resources).
- Write, file present on reports as needed.
- Interview drivers/managers/staff as needed to fulfill requests and report. requirements for Claims or other audits.
- Collect information by various means through phone, email, or text.
- Phrasing and placing driver ads into multiple platforms.
- Researching and maintaining Claims for accidents.
- Working with our brokers and insurance company to gather all necessary information for Claims.
- Follow through of claims until it is settled between all parties involved.
- Participate in meetings both virtually and in person.
- Conduct insurance audits as required.
- Advise staff including executive team of concerns or challenges within scope of responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equipment required
- Associates of Bachelors preferred
- Transportation/Logistics/Claims experience preferred but not a requirement.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong Attention to Detail

- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Highly Organized
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Google Platforms
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
