Seeking Compliance and Integration Manager for USAID 5-year Energy Program in Ukraine
A U.S. firm with design-build, construction management, environmental remediation, contingency response and disaster recovery experience and international subsidiaries seeks an experienced Compliance and Integration Manager. This position will be responsible for ensuring the effective integration of project components and compliance with USAID regulations, policies, and guidelines. This role involves overseeing compliance efforts, managing risk, and facilitating seamless collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
Key components of the work include:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with USAID regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance compliance awareness and practices within the project.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant regulations and ensure the project's alignment with legal requirements.
- Interpret and communicate compliance requirements to project teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal experts to address complex compliance issues.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure the seamless integration of various program components.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among different stakeholders to optimize project impact.
- Ensure that projects align with the broader development goals and strategies outlined by USAID.
- Identify potential risks related to Compliance and Integration efforts.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address and resolve issues in collaboration with project teams.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely compliance reports to USAID and other relevant authorities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Compliance and Integration efforts.
- Ensure transparency in reporting and documentation processes.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, public policy, business administration).
- Several years of experience in compliance management, preferably in an international development context.
- In-depth understanding of USAID regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to integrate complex projects successfully.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of risk management principles.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
