Job Description
SafeRide Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst (Remote) who can build relationships across all parts of the business (Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, Network, etc.) and support initiatives to continuously improve our privacy and compliance programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert for ensuring compliance and privacy related questions contained in RFPs and customer due diligence questionnaires are responded to timely and accurately.
- Ensure the privacy and compliance questionnaire knowledge library is periodically refreshed to ensure high quality, accurate responses are readily available.
- Support the Compliance Manager with compliance program related controls.
- Support the development of content for new privacy and compliance policies, procedures, and internal documentation and customer-facing materials
- Support implementations and testing of modules or new features of tools and systems used by the Compliance team.
- Tracks and manages ongoing state and federal regulatory reporting.
- Carries and manages several projects on an ongoing basis, including, but not limited to responsibilities related to compliance, privacy, security, and legal functions.
- Carry out periodic compliance monitoring activities and prepare informative and concise reports and/or dashboards for Compliance management and executive leadership.
- Conduct various internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, gap assessments or maturity assessments that will be used to enhance the compliance program and/or prepare for new and upcoming requirements.
- Develop and analyze trend reports to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance and performance improvement standards and for identification of any training needs.
- Lead and support various day to day privacy and compliance tasks and projects.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting privacy, data protection and corporate healthcare or compliance programs and frameworks (i.e. HIPPA, government reporting, auditing)
- 3+ years of experience supporting corporate compliance programs (e.g., Fraud, waste, and abuse, etc.)
- Understanding of tools or systems used to manage components of a compliance program (i.e. Litmos, BambooHR)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
