CONTRACT COMPLIANCE ANALYST- Temporary 1 year assignment

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Deal Memo Workflow: serve as a Contract Operations liaison to the Sales team by reviewing deal submissions against the Consumer Products Health Checks Policy (a robust set of Business, Finance and Legal guidelines)
• Further CP business objectives to reduce contract cycle time by conducting weekly follow-up on outstanding inquiries to Sales team and/or Legal team.
• Provide Sales team with training as related to portals and processes relevant to the deal entry process.
• Perform systematic entry of initial deal terms into Contract Management System.
• Identify, troubleshoot and escalate anomalies in contract systems performance.

Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUP’s).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to understand and interpret contract language.

Experience/Knowledge:

· 1-3 years of relevant global licensing industry work experience

· Experience in licensing, operations and legal affairs preferred.

Education/Background

· B.A., B.S. in Business, Project Management

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $31.00 per hour
