At KidsSPOT Rehab we are seeking a talented Compensation Analyst to join our team on a project-based assignment. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and analyzing our compensation structures to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with our strategic objectives. This project offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to our organization's success by optimizing our compensation strategies.
Duration and Compensation: This is a project-based position with an estimated duration of 2-3 months. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current compensation structures, including base pay, incentives, and benefits.
- Evaluate market data and industry trends to benchmark our compensation packages against competitors.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and implement compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing compensation practices.
- Support the implementation of any changes to compensation programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification(s) in compensation or related areas (e.g., CCP, CSCP).
