Key Responsibilities
- Assess and perform in-depth analysis on collected wage data to facilitate the development and maintenance of a comprehensive compensation plan.
- Collaborate with management to determine the type, scope, and purpose of analyses required.
- Assist in the development of compensation policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Actively identify opportunities for improvement, present ideas, and work collaboratively to implement enhancements.
- Work with the HRIS team to maintain and ensure the integrity of policy settings, reporting, and data within internal systems.
- Partner with local HR teams to conduct regular data audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Become a champion for all compensation programs and current internal software, providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the Annual Merit and Bonus processes, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with established guidelines.
- Compile reporting for statistical and comparative analysis of various compensation programs.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the interpretation of federal, state, and local laws related to compensation programs, ensuring ongoing compliance, including minimum wage updates.
- Develop, modify, and run queries and reports to generate data for Compensation planning.
- Prepare statistical analysis, data modeling, and cost analysis in support of Company financial objectives.
- Fulfill ad hoc query, data modeling, and reporting requests as needed.
- Collaborate with the Benefits Team on ad hoc reporting, open enrollment, and other department special projects.
- Perform special projects as assigned by management.
About You
- 3 years of experience in Compensation and/or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- UKG Pro & Dimensions experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to assess and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets accurately.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, data modeling, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
Preferred Certification
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or WorldatWork Certified Compensation Analyst (CCA
