Monom Games is seeking a highly motivated Community/Marketing Manager. As a Community Manager, your responsibilities will be building, managing, and engaging with our online community, driving brand awareness, and fostering positive relationships with our customers. If you have a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of community management strategies, we want to hear from you! Pay is reflected in your work and effort, however, you won't be able to be paid until the company makes a profit. Higher pay than average is offered as compensation for the risk you're taking to build us up! 100% negotiable as well!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Monitor and moderate online community platforms to ensure a positive and respectful environment
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Create engaging content for social media platforms
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage community members to participate
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in the world of board games
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms
- Self-management skills
- Strong social skills and a desire to get to know new people
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
