Job Title:Associate Community Manager. Department: HOA
Reports to: HOA Team Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Community Manager in managing day-to-day operations of our HOA communities, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and desirable places to live.
As an Associate Community Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Community Manager in enforcing HOA rules and regulations, and addressing violations as needed
- Handling administrative tasks, such as processing rental and sales applications, collecting assessments, and maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting regular inspections of the community to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazards, and other concerns
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors to provide necessary services and repairs, and managing budgets and expenses for the community
- Participating in HOA board meetings and providing updates and reports on community operations
- Supporting the Community Manager in planning and implementing community events and activities
To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional office work experience
- Knowledge of HOA rules, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Google Apps
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
