The salary for this position is $39,000 - $43,000/year. YOUR ROLE AS A COMMUNITY SERVICE SPECIALIST

As a Community Service Specialist at our nonprofit, you help manage a caseload of participants enrolled in the Community Service program or vocational training programs. You have the opportunity to develop new nonprofit Community Service sites and play a critical role in matching participants with appropriate assignments based on their individual needs.

Not only do you make a difference in the lives of the participants, but you also play a crucial role in educating and training on-site supervisors, overseeing timekeeping and metro card distribution, and mediating conflicts as needed. WOULD YOU BE A GREAT COMMUNITY SERVICE SPECIALIST?

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, such as psychology, vocational rehabilitation, or occupational rehabilitation from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of experience working with employment programs for individuals with barriers to employment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
