Top Duties of the Position:

  • Coordinate or provide trainings to ensure providers are in alignment with OYA’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
  • Seek partnerships and build relationships with diverse communities to meet the needs of our youth demographics.
  • Incorporate the use of an Equity Lens when identifying the need for and creating services for marginalized populations.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid Telework: This position is eligible for a flexible hybrid work schedule, and you will be required to come into the office once a month at minimum and to residential programs as needed in person. Remote work is evaluated periodically to ensure business needs are being met and can be adjusted at any time.
  • We may use this recruitment to fill future vacancies.
  • Starting Salary Expectations New to State Government: $65,796.00 yearly to $75,864.00 yearly; based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity (should you have significant years of experience performing this work, starting salary may be higher).
  • Position Salary Range: up to $107,988.00 Annual Salary.
  • This position receives annual increases on anniversary date until the maximum of the salary range is reached.
  • Upon PERS eligibility, employees will receive a 6.95% increase to their base salary and will pay the employee 6% contribution to PERS.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years experience coordinating or administering a program

OR;

  • Any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.

Special Requirements:

  • Driver’s License: Driving/travel is an essential function of the position. You must possess a valid Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
