Salary```Job Summary:```
We are seeking an experienced Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to promote our organization's mission and services. This role requires a strong background in project management, education outreach, parent/ teacher organizational support and community building skills.
```Responsibilities:```
- Develop and execute outreach plans to increase awareness of our organization's services
- Collaborate with community partners to identify outreach opportunities and establish relationships
- Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to educate the community about education outreach, test preparation services, college adivisng and academic counseling programs, educational technology software, and the scope of secondary education.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for outreach events
- Coordinate fundraising efforts to support outreach initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes
- Develope and maintain a budget for outreach events and coordinated activities
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, marketing, social work.) preferred
- Proven experience in education, test prep outreach and K-12 education outreach
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in volunteer management is a plus
