Purpose

• To create an authentic and genuinely valuable resource for farmers and ranchers by creating real connections inside our community.
• To cultivate relationships with industry experts and members of our social media communities
• To welcome new members in through leading Orientation and creating engaging posts about new members
• To Set up Special Live Calls with Industry Experts that will help our community where and when they need it most
• To curate content that best fits the needs of our community
• To be Responsible for Live Event Set Up and hosting live calls to spotlight, support, teach or inspire the Farm Rebel Communities

Success Criteria

This is how we will measure your success:

• Guest Outreach for Meetups and client outreach for client panels
• Maintaining a scheduled online calendar for live events pacing 3 months out
• Faculty coordination with meetups and content for our community maintaining 10-15 teachers scheduled out for content
• All Client Posts are engaged with within 24 business hours
• Clients are consistently receiving timely announcements and regular engaging content.
• Harvesting Client Feedback and trends from the community and submitting the information monthly to the team
• Gather Feedback from the internal team and clients for their UX and submit a regular feedback report on design and functionality to the development team
• Timely posting to the community after Orientation call welcoming all new members.
• Engaging in daily & weekly team meetings providing feedback, insights, and community leadership encouragement for our team member’s community interactions
