Job Description
Assist patients by providing transportation to dialysis and other medical appointments. Interact with patients with courtesy, tact and respect. Keep patients safe during transport, including assisting with transfers in and out of vehicles as well as buildings. Keep vehicle properly maintained. Irregular hours (early morning or evening) required.
Requirements
Requirements Must possess a valid Oregon drivers license and be insurable through the tribal organization. Will be required to submit to and pass a per-employment drug/alcohol screening test and criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement.
