Position Overview
The Senior Network and Telephony Manager is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Network and telecommunication systems. This role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of these critical infrastructure components. The Sr. Network and Telephony Manager leads engineers, analysts, vendors, contractors and other members of IT. The Sr. Network and Telephony Manager leads in the development and implementation of Network and Telephony policies and procedures, architecture/design and documenting relevant standards.
As an outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, Crossroads currently serves 9 states (PA, VA, TX, TN, NC, NJ, KY, GA, and SC) with over 100+ clinics since 2005. Education and/or Experience:

• 6-8 years of leadership experience working in an enterprise environment or a large scale, high-availability IT operation with 24/7/365 accountability.
• Technical expertise in networking to include network security products (hardware and software) VPN, switching, routing, firewall, network monitoring, intrusion detection, wireless, security, cloud, IoT.
• Experience with network design/architecture.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
• Advanced knowledge of on-premise PBX, VoIP and cloud-based telephony solutions.
• BS or MS in IT related field a plus.
• Network certifications (Net+, Sec+, CCNA) or relevant telephony certifications preferred.

Day in the Life:

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless networks.
• Oversee the organization's telephony systems, including PBX, VoIP, and unified communications.
• Works with IT and internal and external business partners to ensure that security and reliability is part of the evaluation, selection, installation and configuration process of hardware and software.
• Analyzes and makes recommendations to improve network/telephony, systems and applications.
• Maintain accurate Network and Telephony documentation.
• Assists in responding to audits, penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
• Work with internal and external teams in generating regular reports on Network and Telephony performance, security, and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for Network and Telephony systems.
• Works in partnership with IT peers, management, vendors, and business units to provide highly reliable, secure, and cost-effective Network and Telephony services.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and make cost-effective recommendations.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
