Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Engagement and Hospitality Coordinator. As the primary point of contact for our community, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and collaborative environment. You will report directly to the Management team, supporting various aspects of Community Engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Be the on-site point of contact, covering the front desk during business hours.
Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage iPad sign-ins for guests and maintain a clean, organized front desk.
Anticipate member and guest needs, fostering a sense of community.
Stay informed about members, ensuring personalized experiences.
Handle building-specific forms and notify members of deliveries.
Address member and guest inquiries about building policies and procedures.
Events and Membership Engagement:
Provide feedback on programming and evaluate events for effectiveness.
Celebrate members' successes through personalized gestures.
Promote events through various channels and ensure operational requirements are met.
Input member-related notes into the system and facilitate member connections.
Be active on the community network, engaging members and sharing updates.
Building Operations and Management:
Manage key distribution and collection, and track keycard inventory.
Provide support for an automated coffee machine.
Co-Working Coordinator Duties:
Facilities Management:
Maintain a clean and presentable co-working space.
Oversee kitchen cleanup, setup of meeting rooms, and ensure inventory is stocked.
Assist with event setup, teardown, and coordination with local vendors.
Identify and report maintenance issues to Management.
Member Management:
Utilize coworking management software for space and unit management.
Onboard new members, execute contracts, and provide tours of amenities.
Create a welcoming environment for members, offering friendly and professional assistance.
Business Development and Sales:
Conduct onsite tours, explaining membership details and amenities.
Plan and coordinate events at The Press, working to maintain high occupancy.
Follow up on leads and maintain a professional representation of the company.
Qualifications:
Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Passion for entrepreneurial communities and understanding of core values.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Compensation and Benefits:
$15 - $17 per hour, depending on qualifications
Health, vision and dental insurance; 401k with 3% match; PTO and major holidays
Working conditions: Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, grasping, feeling, talking,
hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of
force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including office furniture. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking
and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
