People Creating Successis currently hiringFADE/ associatesin the Santa Barbara areas to provide support to adults with developmental disabilities in the activities of daily living. We are in search of compassionate, patient, and caring individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.

OurFADE(Facilitating Alternatives for Day Environments) programs provide community-based 1-on-1 support for participants to develop the necessary skills for a meaningful life of their choosing. We develop and follow an individual service plan grounded in Person-Centered Thinking to pursue the life goals of the participant's choosing.

Job Requirements:

• Must clear Live-scan background check
• CPR/First Aid/AED certified a plus. We provide training if you are not certified!

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
