Encompass Youth Services is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager to provide clinical supervision and oversight of our School-based Mental Health Program. This position requires an individual who loves fostering the professional growth of clinicians while also providing program management and oversight.

JOB SUMMARY:

Encompass Youth Services is currently hiring for a Clinical Manager with a background providing Mental Health services to youth and families, clinical supervision, and program management.

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, during typical business hours. There is flexibility for managers to develop their own work schedules and options for working remotely when needed with provided mobile devices. However, this position requires most work hours to be provided in-person.

Essential to this position is excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills to supervise and oversee clinical services, manage program requirements, and work collaboratively with our school communities, and community partners.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clinical Supervision & Oversight of Clinical Services: Provide weekly 1:1 and group supervision to approximately eight supervisees. Supervise staff in a positive, supportive manner to promote personal and professional growth. As needed, provide on-site shadowing/consultation and crisis intervention support. Oversee clinical services provided to youth and families to ensure best clinical practices and procedures.

Program Management: Oversee daily operations and service delivery of Youth Services program in collaboration and partnership with the Senior Manager of Youth Services.

Staff Development: Train staff and interns in a positive and supportive manner to promote professional growth. Provide onboarding and clinical training for new direct services staff members.

Partner Collaboration: Maintain and enhance partnerships with stakeholders and partners.

Represent Encompass in a professional and collaborative manner that fosters positive working relationships with community representatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CA BBS licensure for a minimum of two years: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Clinical Psychologist.
  • Five years of clinical experience with diverse populations including competency and experience in specialized areas of child, adolescent and family counseling.
  • Two years of experience providing clinical supervision of interns, trainees, or associates.
  • One year of program management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
  • Proof of citizenship or right to work in the United States.
  • Criminal Record Clearance before hire.
  • Valid Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and operational vehicle.

Wages & Benefits:

Our total compensation package includes a comprehensive medical and dental insurance plan for full time employees, 403(b) retirement plan, paid holiday, sick time, and 17 days of paid vacation, pro-rated for positions less than 40 hours a week.
