Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. One year medical office experience required

Position Specific
- Inputs and updates patient demographics accurately and timely.
- Handles medical records and requests in an efficient and timely manner while ensuring that the patient’s privacy is protected and all precautions are taken regarding HIPAA.
- Answers telephone and greets all visitors/patients in a courteous manner.
- Ensures that the patient records are complete prior to their provider visit.
- Verifies patient information as required to ensure that the practice as the most current information on file.
- Makes future appointments as directed and needed to ensure patients are taken care of.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
