Key Responsibilities

- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate content ideas and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital communication and social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
