Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate content ideas and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital communication and social media marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
