Work you'll do
- Develop a strategic communications plan that establishes a coaching plan to drive change, organize and execute audit updates to senior leadership, and produce communication formats for stakeholders to monitor audit guidance and audit activities.
- Support strategic communication efforts, including a quarterly audit and financial management newsletter, managing centrally organized electronic mailboxes, and development of a knowledge management portal.
- Develop training and education materials for the workforce on new concepts and modified procedures associated with audit response requirements and audit corrective actions that impact business processes and financial reporting.
- Lead the development a change management plan to perform an organization-wide stakeholder analysis, identify change leader's/ change agents, and establish stakeholder commitment.
- Support governance and program management to facilitate business mission area champion, audit committee, and senior officer audit and A-123 meetings.
- Track and assist in developing responses to taskers from Congress, the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), and Senior Leadership.

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years' experience with strategic communications, organizational change management, and Training development in large organization.
- Secret security clearance required
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience communicating across multiple organizations
- Strong written communications skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills
