Job Description:

As a School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with ProCare Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with behavioral needs in the Kansas City area. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students while enjoying the flexibility of a temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to implement evidence-based strategies and interventions.
• Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of behavior plans and make adjustments as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Kansas state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
