Overview:
FLOWW Network, a fast-growing local sports network in Idaho, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Commission-Based Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring sponsorships and advertisements to support our network's growth and expansion efforts.
Who we are:
FLOWW Network is a rapidly expanding sports network based in Idaho, dedicated to providing comprehensive coverage of sporting events in the region. Currently, we focus on delivering exciting content from the High School Snake River Valley Conference (3A) and various adult leagues such as the Idaho Contact Football League. Our vision extends beyond current offerings, as we are preparing to expand our coverage to include college sports in the near future.
What We Do:
Live Broadcasts: We bring the excitement of sporting events directly to our audience through live broadcasts of select games and matches, allowing fans to experience the action from the comfort of their homes or on the go.
Photos + Videos: Our team captures the unforgettable moments of each sporting event through high-quality photos and videos, providing comprehensive coverage and preserving memories for athletes, fans, and communities.
SRV Awards Program: In addition to our coverage of games, FLOWW Network hosts the SRV Awards Program, a unique local fan-based awards program that celebrates outstanding performances and achievements within the Snake River Valley Conference. This program honors the dedication and talent of athletes, coaches, and teams, fostering a sense of community pride and recognition.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, approach, and secure partnerships with potential sponsors and advertisers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the sports or media industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
