Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director, based in UK office, this pivotal role centres on nurturing existing accounts while spearheading new business with rep groups, retailers, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management and expansion of our current account base, ensuring the achievement of agreed business targets.
• Identify and cultivate lucrative business opportunities across North America.
• Foster strong relationships with our established customers and rep group partners.
• Develop and execute a tailored Export Sales strategy, maximizing growth potential in the region.
• Help coordinate and actively participate in industry trade shows to showcase our latest offerings.

Essential Attributes:

• Impeccable organisation, self-motivation, and professional demeanour are essential.
• Outstanding communication abilities are fundamental for maintaining both daily interaction with colleagues, as well as ensuring key stakeholders are regularly informed about market developments.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or relevant field.
• Familiarity with the North American gift/novelty gift market is advantageous.
• Proven track record in sales and developing new business is a must.

Salary: $100k + commensurate with experience
