Relationship Management: You'll be the master of building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external business partners. Plus, you'll be the go-to person for keeping everyone in the loop by notifying them of the latest auction news.
Sale Day Activities: Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the action by assisting with coordinating and executing sale day activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Data Input and Maintenance: You'll be the wizard behind the scenes, inputting vital vehicle information into our systems, and meticulously maintaining databases to keep everything running like clockwork.
Title Management: Partnering up with our title department, you'll make sure that all the necessary documents are in place for each vehicle before it hits the auction block.
Inventory Management: Your keen eye for detail will come in handy as you manage vehicle inventory reports, investigate any discrepancies, and ensure that all vehicles meet the criteria for sale eligibility.
Sale Run Preparation: Team up with various departments to prepare and notify customers about the sale run process, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.
Operational Support: From handling vehicle prep to reconciling bills and resolving any issues that may arise, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our auction operations running smoothly.
Accounting and Invoicing: You'll work closely with our accounting team to balance sales and handle post-sale invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way.
Administrative Support: Providing support wherever it's needed, whether it's assisting with special projects, handling admin tasks, or fulfilling graphics requests - you'll be the jack-of-all-trades, ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

Qualifications
Minimum:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of clerical or administrative experience required.
- Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required.
- Good communication and organizational skills required with strong attention to details.
- Basic computer software skills required.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
- Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.). Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity.
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
