$170,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
- Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
- Provide advice regarding the investment potential of properties to clients building wealth through Real Estate
- Proven negotiating and communication skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate industry practices and lease language
- Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
- Independent and self motivated
- Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours while keeping your emotions in check

We maintain a residential and commercial sales team, residential and commercial property management team, and private equity company that provides business opportunities for our associates and financial stability to our team.
