We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d) with experience in WEG administration for a real estate company in Nuremberg.

This is a full-time position and will be filled through direct placement.
Your Responsibilities
Independent management of a portfolio of clients/properties
Assignment and monitoring of repair orders
Preparation and follow-up of owners' meetings, occasional attendance at meetings
Implementation of adopted resolutions
Preparation and follow-up of property expense statements
Monitoring of WEG accounting
Monitoring of invoices and payment transactions
Solution-oriented contact person for property owners
Your Profile
Experience in the real estate industry or a commercial background is advantageous
Knowledge of WEG law is desirable
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude towards property owners and business partners
Proficient in common computer programs (MS Office)
Confident and friendly demeanor
