We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience working with retail shopping centers, commercial condominiums, medical facilities, and office parks.
The successful candidate will possess a skill set that includes excellent organizational and time management, great customer service, and communication skills.
A neat, business casual appearance is required. Professionalism and an appropriate manner in all settings when representing the company onsite or over the phone is essential.
Must be computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft office and Windows required. Knowledge of Yardi, or other property management software preferred.
In this position, you will be responsible in assisting various areas of property management including lease administration, work order management, rent delinquency, financial report generation and more as assigned .
In addition to daily tasks, the candidate will have the opportunity to visit properties to gain additional out of office experience. A reliable vehicle is required, mileage will be paid.
