Job Summary: WICONA is looking for a Commercial Manager North America based in East Coast – NY or NJ.
As the commercial Manager for North America, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and will play a key role in driving sales growth within the region.
The Commercial Manager will be reporting to Business Manager North America and will collaborate closely with North America team to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance our brand presence in North America.
The candidate will promote Wicona's range of products and services to a customer base of Metal Builders, Façade Consultant, Architect & General contractors and provide personalized solutions and advice.

Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in the fenestration and building envelop field within New York Market.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Good Knowledge of Construction filed in New York & Technical understanding of commercial systems.
- Significant commercial experience will enable you to master the decision-making and awarding circuits of building contracts.
- Good sense of customer service and can harness your energy to achieve the targets set. You have a strong site/project management culture and are used to managing large customer accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in North America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Drive the sales forecasting process, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Participate in the development of pricing strategies and negotiation of contracts with customers.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the sales approach.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
- Travel within North America territory to meet prospects and customers 25 to 50%.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
