Job Overview: I am representing a boutique Law Firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join the group. The firm has no billable hour requirement, flexible work schedule, competitive mid-market compensation, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

The Litigation Practice group represents middle market clients, Fortune 500s, and startups in trial and appellate courts, surrounding commercial disputes, contracts, IP, fraud, fiduciary duty, shareholder and partnership disputes, trade secrets, unfair competition, white collar, and more.

You will work strategically on a lean litigation team, directly engaging with partners on litigation strategies and expect to receive high level of responsibility on cases.
