Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary:
This position will include all aspects of servicing small-middle commercial accounts. Typical (but not all) accounts generating total account premium of $15,000 +. Client retention is a key objective of this position. You will be expected to perform the following tasks from start to finish. Your team will have assistants to help with basic processing.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to address all servicing needs
- Communicate with carriers/underwriting for renewals, audit issues, carrier surveys, carrier recommendations, quote negotiation on existing accounts
- Thoroughly review all renewals to check for coverage gaps and multi line opportunities.
- Enter policy data into our AMS client management system & scanning system
- Order loss runs for re-marketing accounts
- Expedite certificates of insurance as requested
- Run MVR’s and update driver lists when required
- Process endorsements and issue evidence of property certificates
- Process and issue binders
- Re-market renewals
- Become proficient in carrier web-sites for quoting when remarketing an account or adding additional lines of coverage
- Keep your desk and files organized at all times
- Perform superior customer service at all times
- Review policies and endorsements for accuracy
- Properly utilize EPIC
- Attend agency and department meetings as well as training/education classes and sessions (both within the agency and outside the agency as directed)

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
