Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional client service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Commercial Lines business. You will collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs, make policy recommendations, and address inquiries and concerns. Additionally, you will work closely with insurance carriers, review policies for compliance, and assist in claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and more.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing expert advice and addressing inquiries.

• Review policies regularly to identify coverage gaps and recommend necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and process policy endorsements.

• Assist clients in claims processing and advocate on their behalf when necessary.

• Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and emerging insurance products.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling services.

• Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance account management.

• Experience with EPIC or TAM

• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

• Knowledge of commercial insurance carriers and products preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
