We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Comfort Advisor to join our team. As a Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for outside sales and account management, providing our customers with the best comfort solutions for their homes. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for technology and customer service.

### Duties:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate comfort solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer information
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to ensure maximum profitability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

### Experience:

- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales roles
- Strong knowledge of comfort solutions, HVAC systems, or related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
