Collision Center Bodyshop Technician

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 (Flag Pay)

We are seeking an experienced Collision Center Bodyshop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in collision repair and demonstrate proficiency in various bodywork techniques. The primary responsibilities include utilizing body filler, conducting structural repairs, disassembling, and reassembling vehicles, performing bodywork, and replacing damaged parts.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and repair structural damage to vehicles.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair and restoration.
• Perform bodywork using appropriate techniques, tools, and equipment to achieve a flawless finish.
• Replace damaged parts with new or refurbished components, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
• Apply body filler to repair dents, dings, and imperfections on vehicle surfaces.
• Replace damaged door skins while maintaining structural integrity and factory specifications.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry and company standards.
• Collaborate with other team members, including painters and estimators, to achieve efficient and effective repair processes.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collision repair.
• I-CAR certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using body filler, structural repair techniques, and various bodywork tools.
