Position Overview:

We are in search of a friendly, intelligent, and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Auto Body Estimator / Client Advisor. In this pivotal position, you will serve as the face of our establishment, liaising between our esteemed clients and our skilled technicians. Your expertise in Auto Body estimation coupled with your exceptional customer service skills will ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for all our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of vehicle damage, providing detailed estimates for repair costs and timelines.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations regarding the repair process.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies, negotiating estimates and advocating for the best interests of our clients.
• Coordinate with our team of technicians to ensure timely and precise execution of repairs.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, estimates, and repair progress.
• Uphold our commitment to excellence in customer service, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Estimator or in a similar client-facing role within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in estimating software and techniques, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate for clients' best interests.
• A professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and procedures is preferred.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, inclusive of a base salary plus commission structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
