Job Description:
The part-time College Counselor is responsible for assisting YCP Counseling Services in providing counseling to students, including individual counseling, group counseling when needed, and assisting in accomplishing the department's goals. The position is 20-25 hours/week during the academic year and 3-4 days/week.
Requirements:
The candidate should have a master's degree in counseling, clinical psychology, marriage & family therapy, social work, or related field, and a Pennsylvania state license. Experience with college counseling and higher education is preferred. The ability to work effectively in a collegiate setting with students, faculty, administrators, and staff and the ability to function capably in a fast-paced work environment is required.
