We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world. 

As a Credit Risk Analyst within the Finance team, you will be required to wear multiple hats. You must have a strong analytical background, presentation skills, project management skills, and ability to concisely communicate actionable recommendations to leadership.

Your Superpowers in Action

• Analyze financial and credit information to establish a client’s credit limits & payment terms
• Summarize credit analysis & provide written recommendation for credit limits or extended payment terms that requires the Credit Manager’s approval
• Monitors assigned accounts for past due balances & contact clients for payment
• Report risk accounts for specific balances to be included in bad debt reserve
• Respond to both internal & external customer inquiries related to customer balances & Credit; including credit holds/blocks
• Periodic evaluation of client accounts for adjustments to credit limits and/or terms based on payment history, purchase activity, and 3rd party credit evaluations
• Create & provide weekly blocked customers report to the Sales team
• Review blocked orders daily & release as needed
• Assist in enhancing and maintaining department procedures and policies
• Interface with customers as required to resolve customer credit issues
• Root cause issues and identify owners for actions items to resolve
• Assist Cash Application Specialists with cash posting & claim deduction inquiries, by providing payment remittances
• Special projects as assigned

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Collections or Credit Risk
• Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills, exhibiting the ability to build effective relationships and influence across the organization in a straightforward and honest manner
• Sense of accountability for actions
• Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
• Effective time management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related degree preferred 
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint required

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $57,000 - 72,000k annually.​ Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
