Shift:  Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (HYBRID)

Responsibilities Collection Specialist include but are not limited to:

·         Collecting from a core group of Integra customers via multiple communication tools.

·         Make order hold/release decisions and be comfortable speaking with various levels of an organization, including our sales team.

·         Reconciliation skills and knowledge of chargebacks/disputes are also key skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         HS Diploma / GED Required

·         4-6 years Collections background in the pharmaceutical/medical device areas

Pay Details: $29.48 per hour
