SalaryOwner operated Property Management company is seeking a Collections specialist. This candidate will need to work out of the corporate office located Lakewood, NJ and travel to properties in PA, MD, NC, and TN. This position will also require travel. Experience with Property Management, collections, delinquencies, customer service, and Yardi is required. This person should be able to support colleagues and have a positive attitude. Bilingual is a plus!
Job Details:
- Daily Reporting (using spreadsheets and Yardi)
- Correspondence with On-site staff, residents, and superiors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
