Prior healthcare experience not required.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Communicating with consumers to help them arrange payment and get back on track with their finances
- Working with hospital and physician accounts which includes- self-pay, Worker’s Comp, PIP & insurance accounts, among others
- Building rapport and maintaining positive consumer relations by engaging and offering solutions
- Enhancing the customer experience through modern and industry-leading technology
- Maintenance and follow-up of assigned accounts in route

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A year or more of collections or healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Willingness to thrive in a growing organization and adapt quickly to change
- Bilingual a plus!

- Communication skills and collection techniques needed to effectively collect bad debt accounts
- Aspects of medical billing procedures & terminology
- Education required to take certification exam to become a Certified Collector through ACA International
- Continuous training and education as industry/regulations change
