Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated contractor to join our team as a Cold Calling Specialist. As a vital part of our sales strategy, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, and effectively communicating the value of our services and programs to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and programs.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing their potential fit with our offerings.
- Engage in persuasive and professional conversations to present product features, benefits, and solutions to address client needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead status.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize strategies, share insights, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Continuously update knowledge of services and programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales pitches.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Cold Calling or sales, preferably in educational products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques.
Additional Information:
- This position is a 3 week contractor role with flexible working hours.
- Compensation will be a set fee of $1,500 with an opportunity to receive $25 for each conversion.
- Remote work option available, but periodic meetings or check-ins may be required.
