CNC Programmer

Job Duties:

• Create and optimize CNC programs using Prime Cut software based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Perform quality control inspections using micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
• Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining requirements
• Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters for each job
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming or machine operation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC programmer with a focus on using Prime Cut software.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation and setup procedures.
