Salary- Develop CNC programs using CAM programs for mills and lathes based on engineering drawings and models.
- Develop programs at the CNC machine’s controller using G-Code programming when necessary.
- Set up, program as needed, and run CNC machines including Lathe and Milling machines.
- Analyze drawings, blueprints, and design data to calculate correct part dimensions for machines, tool selection, machine speeds and feed rates.
- Diagnose machining irregularities and appropriately correct by adjusting feed rate, spindle speed, tool offsets, cut techniques, fixturing, etc.
- Determine appropriate part fixturing.
- Monitor output and proper operation of equipment.
- Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Maintain company quality and safety standards.

Pay: From $36.00 per hour
