We are a growing CNC “job shop” committed to quality, precision, and collaboration. We're seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist who is proficient in MasterCam. This machinist must value clear communication, a positive attitude, and a dedication to craftsmanship.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience, (minimum 3 years), in CNC milling with a solid grasp of MasterCam.
• Knowledge of Hurco CNC mills is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances, (GD&T).

Responsibilities:

1. Operate CNC milling machinery with precision, ensuring high-quality output.
2. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
3. Set up and adjust machinery for optimized performance.
4. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly.
5. Work closely with a team to refine machining processes.
6. Uphold quality control measures.
7. Follow safety protocols.
8. Mentor peers, sharing knowledge and skills, especially in CNC machining best practices.
9. Stay updated with the latest in CNC machining and software advancements.
10. Ability to effectively problem solve.
