Job Description
As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll set up and operate various machines to produce high-quality parts. You'll maintain specific tolerances, dimensions, concentricity, and surface finishes as specified. You'll also inspect work frequently to ensure quality and make minor adjustments to machine computer and tooling setup as needed.

- High School diploma or equivalent, with Shop Trade Knowledge/Education.
- Experience with Machine Setups for Production Runs and Manual Machining Skills.
- Proficiency in using CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC), and CNC Lathe (5+ axis).
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings/specifications and/or written instructions.
- Comfortable with using measuring instruments and performing shop math.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, reach for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs.
