Job Description:

CNC Programmer (Mazatrol)

Are you passionate about precision machining? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence? Join our team at Kin-Tech Manufacturing Inc. and play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of precision machined parts for the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Mazak turning centers utilizing Mazatrol programming to create complex, high-tolerance parts.
• Set up, and operate manual machines to produce precision components.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances.
• Perform quality checks on completed components to verify compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.
• Maintain machinery and equipment to ensure consistent, reliable operation.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Mazatrol programming for Mazak CNC turning centers.
• Proven experience in precision machining, including manual and CNC machining.
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
