Data Visualization Analyst

Department: Data Governance

Salary Hiring Range: $88,000-105,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)

NOTE: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, union dues are 1.44% of bi-weekly pay, FLSA: Exempt

Career Summary:

The Data Visualization Analyst will partner with business users to understand their analytics needs and produce interactive dashboards, reports, and data stories. Also, the Data Analyst, Visualization, will help uncover insights from ANA Enterprise’s data through impactful visualizations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Work Experience:

Three (3) years or more with Data Visualization and reporting tools.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of core concepts Data Visualization and data storytelling principles and design practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Tableau and Excel.
• Understanding healthcare data models and metrics is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of the nursing profession and education processes preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts through compelling visualizations and data stories. Strong focus on stakeholder needs and user-centric design.

• Passionate about leveraging data to support the nursing profession through intuitive Data Visualizations and actionable insights.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid: Employees are required to work a minimum of 20% in an ANA office.
