Cnc Machinist

• Read & Interpret Blue Prints and Drawing to Setup, Edit, and Machine Parts (Fasteners, Midlines) to tight specifications and tolerances
• Responsible for operating and running stations with up to two NC lathes
• Machine small to mid-size parts (2-8 inch midlines/fasteners for Flexible Piping)
• Utilize common machining tools: Micrometers, Calipers, Gauges, etc. to perform QC on finished parts.
• Fast Pace, but precise work
• Ability to keep a safe and clean working environment. Shop is kept very organized and clean.

· Work in a safe manner.

· Responsible for quality of parts produced.

· Responsible for documentation generated or related to production of the job.

· Work within tolerances of +/-.010”.

· Work from blue prints, sketches, and process control documents.

• Assumes other duties and responsibilities as required.
• All candidates must be punctual and reliable. Strict attendance policy.
