We are looking for CNC Machinists to join the team of a leading stainless steel pump manufacturing client that has been in business since 1931. As a CNC Machinist, you will specialize in CNC machine operation to produce metal parts.

- Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm
- Pay Rate: $22/hr
Responsibilities:
- Mill, turn, drill, tap, saw, and hand layout of components using jigs and fixtures
- Mount and secure tooling in rack, turret, or magazine
- Follow instructions detailing tooling, fixturing, programming, and offset requirements
- Install the required programming and confirm the part number and revision level
- Load and unload components in and out of appropriate fixtures
- Adjust tolerances and finish requirements to meet specifications; note/report variations
- Perform daily equipment maintenance
- Maintain a neat and clean work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Experience with manual, NC, and/or CNC machining equipment/operations
- Experience with metric measurement
- Knowledge of machine shop practices/techniques including machine operation/tooling
- Ability to read, understand, and work from part drawings and specifications
- Ability to use a variety of precision measuring instruments
- Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally
