Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Proficient with gauging and understanding blueprints.
- Ability to change tooling and inserts.
- Be proficient operating multiple machines, high productivity.
- Ability to troubleshoot.
- Ability to read and understand frequencies and follow processes.
- Ability to understand and be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Be accountable and responsible for product going to customer, meeting all ISO standards.
- Good communication skills.
- Have good math and reading skills.
- Dependable and have transportation.
This is not an inclusive description; all employees will work in a team environment under the direction of the shift supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience
1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Mondays - Fridays
Pay: $17 - $23 / hour based on experience
